Another thing is that cooperative projects over the internet can be enhanced by having a regularly scheduled video/irc conference to brain storm and to allow the participants to update everyone on the current status of the project or at least from the standpoint of their portion of it.  The transcript and/or video movie file of the meeting can be saved for other Atarians to view.  Like back in the days of the conferences on GEnie and Compuserve.  A website could be erected just for the purpose of informing users of all current MiNTOS/MagiC projects with postings of irc/video conferences and where and when it will be held and an archive of previous conferences, press releases and FAQ files.
